2. Applicability
   These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Pure Reflection concerning the sale of handmade mirrors and photo frames through the website.
3. Products
   All products are handmade and sold on a pre-order basis. This means that production of the product starts after the order and payment have been received. Minor variations in dimensions, color, and finish may occur due to the artisanal production process.
4. Product Care
   It is important that our mirrors are handled with care. Do not clean the mirrors with harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or excessive moisture, as this can damage the finish. Pure Reflection is not liable for damage caused by improper cleaning.
5. Ordering Process
   Orders can be placed worldwide through Pure Reflection’s website. After placing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the order details. Production of the ordered products starts once payment has been received.
6. Payment
   Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website. The customer must pay the full amount before the production of the ordered products begins. All prices on the website include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Any shipping costs are charged separately.
7. Delivery Time
   As the products are made to order, the average delivery time is 4-5 weeks. This delivery time is indicative and may vary depending on the size of the order and the destination of the product. Pure Reflection will inform the customer of any delays.
8. Shipping and Delivery
   We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and size of the order. Once the products have been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking code to follow the delivery. Pure Reflection is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
9. Right of Withdrawal
   Since all products are custom-made and handmade, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Orders cannot be canceled or returned once production has started. However, if there are issues with the quality or specifications of the product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
10. Warranty and Complaints
    Pure Reflection guarantees that the products meet the specifications listed on the website. If there is a defect or problem with the product, the customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery. If the issue is legitimate, we will offer an appropriate solution (repair, replacement, or refund).
11. Liability
    Pure Reflection is not liable for any indirect damage, including consequential damages, loss of profit, or damage caused by incorrect information on the website. Our liability is limited to the amount the customer paid for the product. Additionally, Pure Reflection is not responsible for damage caused by improper cleaning of the mirrors, as specified in the product care section.

Mounting the Mirror:
Pure Reflection is not liable for any damage caused by improper installation of the mirror, including if the customer does not correctly secure screws or wall mounts, resulting in the mirror falling. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the mirror is properly and securely mounted to the wall. Pure Reflection is only liable if the issue is caused by a defect in the hanging mechanism attached to the mirror itself (e.g., the hook or mounting system becomes detached from the mirror).

12. Intellectual Property
    All designs, images, and content on Pure Reflection’s website are the property of Pure Reflection and may not be used without written permission.
13. Changes to the Terms
    Pure Reflection reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the website.
14. Applicable Law
    All agreements between Pure Reflection and the customer are subject to Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
